With November comes the reminder to give thanks.  Each of our school’s directors has asked me to tell you thank you for making their school possible on a daily basis.  Each month they turn in an update and they always say thank you to everyone who contributes to their school and helps make education possible.

In Haiti, the majority of our schools are open.  There are two in Port au Prince that have not been able to operate due to the continued protests and rioting that paralyze the country on a day-to-day basis.  Our Onaville School, located just outside Port au Prince, also functions as a church and they recently held a 12 hour fast.  Church members spent the day in prayer for their church and their country, pictured above.  Please remember Haiti in your prayers.  In Jamaica, staff and students continue moving forward, but even daily needs such as food and water are sometimes difficult to meet.  We serve an awesome God who knows the needs in each of our schools and is able to meet them.

As the end of the year approaches, will you consider giving a special year-end gift to HOLD the Children?  Our operations are made possible entirely through donations from generous givers.  We are grateful for all you give to make it possible for students in three different countries to receive a life changing education. Thank you!  Donate Here

***It’s hard to believe, but December will be here before we know it!  Please consider making a special donation to the Christmas Celebration at your child’s school HERE***
