Pictured here, students and staff at the Jamaica Christian School for the Deaf (JCSD) gather for a group photo!  We had a Mission Discovery team in Jamaica earlier this month that served at the school in a variety ways.  This team worked on several improvement projects around the campus and because they new ASL, they were also able to help out in the classrooms!  The teachers were so appreciative of the additional help.  Also in Jamaica, the Victory Christian Fellowship preschool continues growing with more and more students in attendance.

Our various schools throughout Haiti remain open with numerous students each day!  This is such an encouragement, being that circumstances in Haiti continue to be a challenge- especially throughout the Port au Prince area of the country.  At our HOLD Home Orphanage in Port de Paix,  Haiti, the roof of the transitional home for older residents has been completed!  The construction of this building has been several years in the making and we are so grateful to finally be moving into the last phase: completing the interior.

In Guatemala, at our Kairos Christian School, Mission Discovery teams have already served there this month, and another team is serving later in March!  Our teams have built homes for families in need and also spent time with the students at Kairos.  There is much activity in our HOLD schools as well as here at Mission Discovery with numerous spring mission trips taking place!  We are so thankful for all the volunteers serving alongside us in the coming months.

Thank you for all you give!  Your donations and ongoing support make the ministry of HOLD, His Outreach for Learning and Development, possible.  Thank you!

Gratefully in His Hold,
Courtney Carrigan
