Trip Description
Teams will arrive in Port au Prince on Sunday April 6th. You will be picked up at the airport and transported to New Life Children’s Home where we will spend the night. We will load the bus on Monday morning that will take us on the 6 hour trip through the beautiful Haitian countryside to the north coast city of Port de Paix. Once we arrive in Port de Paix, we will settle in at the Breez Marina Star Hotel, our home for the week. Beginning Tuesday morning, our team will visit and work at the HOLD the children Home in Lavaud, a 45 minute drive from our hotel. The 42 children at the Home will be excited to see many their old friends and will quickly make many new ones. The children and the beauty of the area will quickly capture your heart. There are many things happening at the Htc Home and will be much for us to do.

At the end of each day we will return to the hotel where teams will have a little rest time, eat dinner and then prepare for our trip to the city where we will worship with our brothers and sisters, Haitian Style. We will participate in New Haitian Baptist Association Crusade in the center of downtown Port de Paix each night. If you have not previously been to a Haitian worship service, you will be in for a treat. When we return to the hotel each night, we will have a time of sharing and debriefing with our team.

We will load the bus early Saturday morning for the trip back to Port au Prince, where we will all depart back to the US. If you have not previously been on this trip, you will want to consider it. It may be the most impactful mission trip you have ever experienced.

Trip Cost: $1,000 plus $100 registration fee (does not include airfare to Port au Prince)
