Lovena Agenord is the middle of 3 sisters with us at the HOLD Home!  She’s a sweet young lady who enjoys dressing up and putting on a little jewelry.  She likes learning English and French at school.  Yellow is her favorite color.  Cedeline (the oldest child in the Home) is her best friend!  She hopes to become a nurse or even a doctor when she grows up.

Mackenson is 14 years old and in the 2nd grade.  This is not unusual, since education is not a priority in Haiti. Many children go to school intermittently and others just choose not to start when they are eligible.  Mackenson has 2 sisters and 2 brothers.  His favorite subject is Math and he wants to be an engineer when he grows up.  We pray that Mackenson is able to stay in school so that he can realize his dreams.  Mackenson and the other children at the Capva School are grateful for the opportunity to go to school.  HOLD the Children stands alongside the Capva school to help.
