Jean Pierre arrived at the HOLD the Children Home, from the town of Jean Rabel, in September 2013. His brother, Jean Roldy had been at the HOLD Home for nearly 3 years at that point. Neither one of the brothers were aware that they had a sibling. It is wonderful that they are now able to grow up together. Jean Pierre is a very hard worker, and he is proud of this! When we asked him what he wants to be when he grows up, he simply replied, “A hard worker!”. He just likes to work and be busy. He also said he plans to sweep and mop his home really well when he is older. He likes French in school, but he wants to be a musician! He would like to learn to play the keyboard.
We are happy that the brothers are together here at the HOLD Home. Sponsoring Jean Pierre helps with the expense of caring for the children at the Home. There are more than 40 children living at the HOLD the Children Home. Others are waiting to be rescued from difficult circumstances.
